Cancellation Policy
We know that sometimes things in life happen that mean you will need to cancel your workshop.
Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will receive a 100% refund or re-book on to another workshop.
Cancellations made within made within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee and those within 24 hours are non refundable. Cancellation means that as I have been holding a spot for your reservation, I may not be able to fill your place at such short notice.
Gift vouchers need to be used within one year from date of purchase, these can be used on workshops or commissions.
